TEKsystems is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst in the Lansing area .
This person is responsible for providing first level technical support to all end users within the environment via phone or email.
First point of contact to assist with all aspects of computer/network hardware and communications support.
Provide primary technical support for hardware and software issues.
Provide end users with a high level of customer service
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous IT experience providing technical support in an enterprise level environment.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing) and essential server administration (Active Directory user/group management, Exchange mailbox creation).
Ability to perform technical support duties for hardware and software support.
A+ certification preferred but not required.
